REPORT AN ACCIDENT

When involved in an accident our policyholders have several options on how to file a report.  Either by phone, online Loss Pay account or our website form.

Policyholders can call us during regular business hours weekdays Monday – Friday to report an accident.  Our professional operators will gather the pertinent information and send you a follow up email outlining the details of the phone call.  You will be directed to the appropriate link to upload the remaining required information.

Each policyholders is assigned a personalized Loss Pay account which offers many features to manage their account including bill pay and summary, adding additional drivers, updating policy information and accident reporting.

Policyholders are able to download the #Losspay mobile app to access their account 24/7 to make payments, add drivers to their policy, report accidents, etc.
